Jamie Cloud Eakin Biography
Jamie Cloud Eakin is a professional bead artist, teacher, and perpetual student of her craft. For over two decades, her original designs have been collected by discriminating buyers in fine galleries across the United States. Her design contributions include projects in Beading with World Beads, including the cover design. She has been featured in numerous publications including the stellar book by Margie Deeb, The Beaders Color Palette.She has won numerous awards for her beadwork and continues in the originality and quality her work is known for.
Her author journey began in 2005 with Beading with Cabochon which has been referred to as the classic for that form of bead work. Jamies’ recent work is the Bead Embroidery Techniques series of four volumes. And in between are numerous beading books including the best seller Guide to Beading on a Loom.

We plan to do both our Monthly Member Meetings through Zoom and our monthly Let's Bead Live! events through both Zoom and our public Facebook page. We plan to have 2 location meetings per year, TBD, which will also be done via Zoom.

This class will teach the even count peyote stitch by making a band that fits around a G2 pen. You will learn how to begin, how to read a pattern, how to add thread and how to make a circle around the pen by zipping the ends together.
